1 medium red beetroot,
washed, peeled, grated
4-6 stalks celery, trimmed and chopped
1 bottle chilled dalandan soda
or green tea soda
just a tinge of salt
water for boiling beetroot

Cooking Procedure:

  1. In a pot, boil beetroot in water till tender.
  2. Drain and cool thoroughly.
  3. While cooling beetroot, blender the celery with half the soda.
    Strain and press out the juice for best yield.
  4. Set aside, store in the ref.
  5. Blender beetroot with remaining soda.
  6. Again, strain and press out the juice.
  7. Taste and season.
  8. You can combine and blend both juices or layer one after the other
    in the same glass for a colorful effect.
